CNC OPERATOR/PROGRAMMER

Jaffa Precision is always looking for motivated programmers and operators to join our team focused approach in a fast paced work environment. CNC Operator/Machinist and programmer is responsible in machine-blueprintgeneral to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating the CNC machine; As well as maintaining quality and safety standards. Job Duties are concluded as the following:

Responsible to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Programs Swiss CNC by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.
Production CNC Swiss Machining Operator/Machinist
Sets-up CNC’s by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, attachments, Collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers.

Day-shift positions are from 7am to 3pm Mon-Fri. 7am – 12pm on Sat.

EXPERIENCED MECHANICAL INSPECTOR

Experienced individuals should be capable to operate CMM’s and wok with complex tight tolerance components. Job Duties are concluded as the following:

Proper use of measuring and testing instrumentation such as Calipers, Micrometers and Comparators.
CMM Operation
Knowledge of quality systems as they relate to ISO 9001 & AS9100.
Strong understanding of GD&T.
Experience performing first article inspections, in-process inspection and sampling.
Ability to communicate effectively (both written & verbal)

Day-shift positions are from 7am to 3pm Mon-Fri. 7am – 12pm on Sat.
